Asher Wallace rejoined the 10u Padres during USSSA's Swing Into Fall Classic in Florence on August 29 & 30. It was a big weekend for Asher, as he got to spend time with both of his travel ball teams, the Padres and the Carolina Bruins. After the game, Asher's teammates joined him for a trip around the bases.
"It was great having Asher back with the team. His positive attitude and big smile make a difference in the dugout for the team," said Padre first base coach Jeff Hendrix. "Now, we've got to get him back on the field."
That weekend done Asher a world of good. He so enjoyed being with the Padres!!!! Oh yes, he can't wait to get back out on the field with his team mates and play some Padres baseball!
